Our main purpose for starting the Aged Heart Care Foundation was to address the problem of Isolation of the elderly in the community. Since its inception to date, the foundation instituted and organizes an annual Event called “Arugbo Day” (meaning “The Old people’s Day” in Yoruba Language) held at Christmas every year. Health Care
Being able to stay healthy in later life is a crucial issue for all. At Aged Heart Care, we endeavour to care for and support our aged people so as to significantly improve their quality-of-life.
Charity Shop
One of our goals is to ensure that the most vulnerable and deprived aged people of Ekiti are cared for and have their basic needs taken care of. Therefore, in order to broaden the financial resources of the foundation, the CHARITY SHOP concept was initiated for receiving donations in kind for the scheme...

About Our Foundation
Founded in 2008, The Aged Heart Care Foundation (AHCF) was established originally as a vehicle to address the challenges of ageing within the Ilupeju-Ekiti community, a town in Ekiti State, the Western part of Nigeria, West Africa. Our work is dedicated to delivering financial support, basic healthcare services, and periodic social gatherings, for the vulnerable, isolated and impoverished elderly populace of Ekiti State.
